Prescription lens inserts orders typically take about 4 weeks to ship on average, but can vary a bit.
Accessories, merch, replacement parts ship within 1 week when in stock.

I completed my facescan, but haven't received any emails since then. Is this normal?
Yep! Once your scan is complete, we begin production of your custom-fit cushion. If any issues pop up, we'll contact you to let you know - otherwise, sit tight as the next email will be one with tracking information once your order ships!
