  • Cancel your order

  • Modify the shipping address or contact details

  • Edit your order to add or remove an item

  • Temporarily hold off shipping your order until a later date

Troubleshooting Issues

Please contact us if...

  • Your Beyond is physically damaged in any way

  • The Beyond isn't lighting up or being detected by your PC, and the hardware troubleshooting help articles were unable to resolve the issue

  • The eyetracking modules have stopped functioning, or feel overly warm in use

  • The Displays start flickering to an inverted image every 1 second.
