• For Beyond 2, there is no restocking fee. However, personalized items such as the custom-fit cushion are non-refundable. For return/refund requests, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

• IPD swaps are fully covered under warranty, including shipping costs.

  • For second hand buyers, we charge $69 if the unit is within warranty, or $169 outside of it. (USA - cost will vary for other regions)

• New cushions cost $120 (USA pricing) as well

• Cushions, Straps, and Cables may experience normal wear and tear damage not covered by the warranty.

  • Affordable replacements will be available at store.bigscreenvr.com.

  • However, in case of a manufacturing defect or abnormal failure, repaired or replacement parts will be provided at no cost.
