With the release of the Beyond 2, many people have chosen to upgrade. This leaves a lot of Beyond 1s in the wild, and some of them end up back in the wild as a second-hand market.
Whether you're a buyer or a seller, here's all you need to know about our policies.
Does the warranty transfer over to the new owner?
Yes - the warranty follows the headset, and not the owner. This process is automatic.
I just bought a Beyond 1 used, but the IPD doesn't fit me. Can you change it?
Yes! Note that while the warranty transfers over, it does not cover any personalization changes, such as IPD swaps or new cushions. Contact support to get the process started. We charge...

$169USD + Shipping for IPD swaps outside of the warranty period
$120USD (pricing varies by region) for a new custom-fit cushion.
Okay, I'd like to go through with an IPD swap. What information do I need to provide?
To help things process smoothly, please contact us with the following details
Your full contact details (name, phone number, etc) and shipping details
Your headsets serial number (found in between the lenses, underneath the custom-fit cushion. It starts with BS)
Proof of purchase between you and the seller. (such as an eBay invoice, card statement, or text messages). If you do not have proof of purchase, i.e gift purchasing, ask the original owner to let us know about the headset ownership being transferred.
